I dont know where you are finding your “facts”, do you even know the family??? I, as well as Darrly, would consider myself a close friend to him and his family. With that being said, I know a lot of things NOBODY on here does… and what you are talking about, they way you are portraying it to be isn’t one of them! He was the owner, after it was passed to him from his late father, of the dealership. Therefore as he irons out the actions for the business, things can be misconstrued very easily. When it was family owned for 50 years, many hands are in the cookie jar so to speak, so recovering assets when things take a turn for the worse, it isn’t the same as a classic “I am suing you becasue your a scumbag”… so dont jump to those conclusions.

Was that a backpedal? What was originally posted, prior to your edits? If you feel he isn’t a bad guy or runs a bad business then simple keep your comments to yourself. Since I highly doubt that you have ANYTHING at all to do with the situation he and his family is dealing with maybe you should just shut the fuck up? :hug
