I dont know where you are finding your “facts”, do you even know the family??? I, as well as Darrly, would consider myself a close friend to him and his family. With that being said, I know a lot of things NOBODY on here does… and what you are talking about, they way you are portraying it to be isn’t one of them! He was the owner, after it was passed to him from his late father, of the dealership. Therefore as he irons out the actions for the business, things can be misconstrued very easily. When it was family owned for 50 years, many hands are in the cookie jar so to speak, so recovering assets when things take a turn for the worse, it isn’t the same as a classic “I am suing you becasue your a scumbag”… so dont jump to those conclusions.

Darrly is beyond a solid dude. His backbraking efforts every day are rooted to provide for his family, and makes it a point NEVER to leave someone out to dry. So say something like “his mom is suing him” like that is an absurd statement… I guarantee a comment like that would be an example from very short list of things that would set him off. He was brought up to be a respectful person who would give the shirt off his back for anyone, and so say he took advantage of his family to warrant a comment like that is so NOT how he rolls.
