SHORT AND SWEET UPDATE…
Riding home on milestrip near the 219 at like 215AM, i get rear ended… i was doing about 45-50 and all of a sudden…HEADLIGHTS AND BOOOOOM… got thrashed and tossed around. got right up and started looking around. i see the bike in the distance. no car insight. my girlfriend was in the car behing a ways near my dad on his bike. the car did not break nor swerve and hit me… cops show up and we find a piece of a vehicle. sure enought it had the vin number on it. the cop ran the vin and went on the search. they found him not too far away PUSHING his broken car down the road… police say he was “not sober”. just got back from the mac center and got xrays. no broken bones… just scrapes and i feel sore.
i had on dickie work pants, hoodie, flanel, gloves and helmet…

the kid tried to tell the cops he wasn’t on milestrip and his bumper was missing for awhile, even tho he was pushing a dead car… He’s being held at the police station and has to see the judge this morning… I’m sore goin to lay down. I think I bit my toung too ha
