there is no way in hell it can. unless the back of the seat is totally upright. this guy has to be short or just is going to deal with it. im 6’2" and my seat is all the way back and slightly tilted in gangsta position. and the back of the seat rubs the back seat… and his in thie pic is like 6" away and the head rest is pretty damn close to the cross bar.
