Is it possible to swap a KA24DE from a newer Altima into an older 240? Say 97 into a 91 repectively. I imagine some things would have to be done about the computer and the FWD vs RWD set up. Let me know if anyone has ever heard of this before.

Dont think its gonna work. Wouldnt the mounts be way off? Anyone have a solid answer?
Its a waste of time, just find a newer RWD engine and call it a day.
That’s kinda what I figured. Too bad though cause there is a billion Altima’s out there.

… I suppose you could use engine parts from a newer 2.4L from an Altima.? ?
