I just went over some other universal harnesses and it looks like you run into the same issues. Painless sells an electric fan add on kit and so on because you’re still stuck adding relays for anything that draws a significant amount of power.
Are there any functions besides the fuel pump, fans, and headlights that you’ll need to relay?

I had the same issues with all of the universal harness kits, they are never set up quite like you need them. This is the reason I just made up my own using some OE type fuse boxes and relay sockets.

Once I reconfigured the bus on the main fuseblock, it’s OK, it’s just not set up to use relays, when it really should. The relay add-ons are crap because you wind up having in-line fuses hanging on wires. I hate that.
Next time I will totally build my own harness using stuff like this:
