i really think the IC would look bad in black. I think it’d just be sooo much black. I think that the silver IC, the chrome kidneys and the remaining chrome in the lights make it just right. They match the SS bolts on the flares and my polished lips…
I suppose I could polish the tanks, but not now…
May be laid up for a bit tho… I dislocated my shoulder trying a rodeoflip over a big hip last night. I’m hurtin pretty good right now…

In most cases if you pull up to a high parking stop or curb at a convenient store you might scrape the bottom of your bumper. Speed bumps if the car is low ususally an IC is tucked up inside. The only time you see IC’s destroyed is usually on POS cars built by morons. This is not the case here but again is a detail I personally feel should be addressed. Newman can do what he wants but since this is a discussion forum I’ll add to it where I see fit.
Everyone at one time or another has pulled too far forward in a parking space and scraped the bottom of a bumper or again caught it on the top of a steep speed bump or for that matter entering a steep driveway at the incorrect angle. It would be less of a big deal to scrape the bumper than to scrape the IC. The bumper won’t affect the performance of the car, the IC will. You could develop a boost leak over time and not realize it perhaps and start over revving the turbo. That’s just my 2 cents.
you should pull the intercooler and just run meth. 
The car isn’t super low though, so I don’t think it will scrape too badly. I’m VERY careful when I drive. Shit my sti was INSANELY low and the CF lip barely took any damage over the 2 or 3 years I had it like that.
