First ticket in Buffalo. Anyone know anything about NF court and if I can fight this through the mail or do I have to show up?
Got tagged on the Robert Mosses coming back from Seneca for 70 in a 55.
I am pleading not guilty and would like to see the supporting radar printout becuase I don’t think he actually got me going that fast but whatever.

i just pleaded not guilty and it ended up being only $75 for a parking ticket.
As long as you have a clear record you should be fine just pleading through the mail. They’ll send you a court date and you have to go to it to get a drop down to the parking ticket.
Ya the court date is on the ticket in December. I am actually out of town for work so wondering if I should attempt to post pone it and hope the cop doesnt show up and gets thrown out.
NF is great for getting tickets… ever one ive got including my 20 over in a work zone has been dropped to parking tickets never got any points and never paid over $130for a fine

I don’t think any of the WNY courts will accept plea deals through the mail, especially not for locals. If you want it reduced you show up at court.
