Does anyones NHL 08 freeze up at all? mine does, and im very pissed about this. Know of work arounds that work consistantly??
i have looked in the EA Forums, and it sometimes works.

You might want to post your machines specs… It gives a workout to my older machine… p4 3.0ghz, 2gb ddr2 ram, x300 pciX card.
you might have the ice settings way too low
My 08 for 360 freezes as well
freezing? could be the disk… could be the box.
my shit started freezing, few days later… got ring of death
my halo 3 wasn’t working for the longest time because my 360 system was scratching the disc. i took it to game crazy in hollywood video and got it buffed for 2 bucks. it was good as new and works 100%. might be worth a try, its only 2 dollars.
my nhl08 on 360 gets a black bar on the bottom of the screen from time to time.
The only time mine freezes is when i play people online with shitty internet connections. But other then that its fine
i just freeze at the loading screen, or at the end of a game, i get the unable to read disk error, or clean disk

mine just started semi freezing today but i have been playing it a lot. it only happens at the end of the game before the horn sounds it will freeze for a second and then continue
Mine froze for 360, and also had glitches. Then I bought a ps3. It did the same thing again. I heard the game was poorly made.

i believe so too… EA is fuckin this up hardcore, this is a great game to play, and EA is ruining it for themselves…
Oh well what can you do i guess. I’m going to have to wait for Assassins Creed now.
