So what your saying is that you rather have a more “arcady” feel than a realistic feel? I think the new game is great. When you are on a power play it actually feels like a power play, and vise vera on the PK. The AI is so much better as far as positions the player are at, IE on the power play. You can actually pass it around like in the real game. The animation transitions are a ton smoother this year and the players actually look like the real life ones. But the best part is the controls. Being able to deek someone not by an auto deek but a manual one is so much cooler IMO.

I never said I wanted an arcade feel. I just don’t like NHL08. I don’t feel like I am even controlling the players. It looks all jerky and twitchy too.
I just don’t like the whole stick control thing. That’s why I hate the game Skate too.

Usually the release date is the “ship date” and its in store the following day, almost always wensday.
tuesdays are release days, stores get them mondays and put them out tuesdays.

called EVERYWHERE today, apparently the way EA releases games is that the release date they advertise is their SHIPPING date, so it ships from the west coast today, east coast gets it TOMORROW
