This story is ridiculous.
The guy wasn’t fired, nor should he be.
He was suspended for 10 days, fine. He was wrong.
If that’s the case, they should have a policy that any student or school employee should be suspended for 10 days for saying Nigga or any derivation of the word.
1 day after implementing policy, every student would be suspended.

It’s one of those situations where he really has a point about the frequent use of the word…however he should know better then to acutally use it. If it was a black teacher, nothing would have happend and there is the problem. It should be universally unacceptable.
