I’m not racist. But I get shit from people all the time, about how I have all white people working for my company.
Out of the years I have owned my own business, I have had several black people work for me. They have all been un-reliable, dis-honest, and have lost me lots of money.
So the truth is, its sad that those few people have had an effect so bad, that I don’t have the desire to hire them anymore. I don’t want to take the chance. I only now hire people who are recommended, or I know. And the truth is, I don’t have, nor never had many black friends.
The direction of where this thread is going could get me banned.
Anyways, that video was hilarious but the reason for it is total bullshit. If black people didnt want any race besides them to use the word then they should stop using it so frequently. Rappers know how many white people listen to their music, yet they say it 4000 times on an album and expect people not to use it? Its just the way people work. Repetition.
