Ninety1two40's 240sx

Steve had 3 passengers

and yes high 12 with around 13lbs of boost is very possible

stop bench racing his car for him :stfu thxbye

lol

fine im done

off to the pit bench

nope.

Yes…

If a heavy Z31 on 13lbs can run a 12.9… so can his 240 dude… and yes i mean a Z31 with rb25

if that red gti can run 12.2’s at 24 psi, so can that blue on 24 psi right? WRONG. every car is different man.

its not the ET what shows power, its driver skill.

have steve go out in his 240 and i wanna see 12.9’s.

trap speed= power.

the highest listed curb weight for a z31 is the late model turbo which is a hair over 3000lb… so a 240 with an rb25, full interior + some will come in close to that weight… you need to get your facts straight… depends alot on tires, gearing, etc… so stop being a ricer and wait until he runs it.

both ET and Trap are dependent on the driver dude…

:nod

well you know what i mean. rob whoever coulda ran a 12.6 at 112 the he coulda ran a 14.3 at 111.

et=quickest
trap=fastest

is what i was trying to reach upon.

ok fair enough

haha

Okay…

Pete, I said, with a good driver and a good set of tires

Brett, fuck curb weight, i thought steve said when i talked to him on aim that his car weighs 23-2400lbs. Myabe it wasnt him…

Yes every car is differant, but regardless, theres a good few hundred pounds if not more differance between Jitters RB25 swapped Z31 and Steves RB25 240. His Z31 ran a 12.9 at 110… on street tires and a stock motor boosted at 13.5lbs

A fully loaded Z31 2 seaters weighs around ~3600lbs with no driver ill see if I can find a picture one member took with his car on a scale

That being said, at around 13lbs and with a experianced driver and a good set of tires if not slicks, that car should be able to pull off a high 12.

Someone either split this or we can all just shut up now…

that is ONE instance.

GUYS ENOUGH.

Srsly. STFU.

Benny can you split where this b/sing started? dont wanna fuck up steves thread

How about you guys just stfu about it and we’ll leave it as is.

fair enough. i’m goin outside :excited

Bring me back a penguin!

Wow, this shit exploded!

Everybody get your facts straight.

  1. I had 2 passengers
  2. The RB swap is 150lbs more than the stock 240.
  3. I never raced my car from a roll. I think I delayed my takeoff quite a bit.

Obviously the ET and trap is effected by the driver. I’m not going to call out my 1/4mile time and get beaten to death on this forum when I run the car and it’s a 1/10th of a second slower. And I’ll probably take my sub box out when I go to the track.

The Z31 might have a different gear ratio. I don’t know shit about z31’s. My 240 has the stock rear diff ratio which is 4.1:1 IIRC

Other details:
Stock turbo
Stock boost (7psi)
Shit all seasons
FMIC
3" exhaust, test pipe
Welded diff
