I’ll just be happy if I can run in the 13’s. I don’t know how much the car weighs exactly but I don’t really care anyway. I have like a 50-60lb subwoofer and box in the trunk, full interior and will have more weight on the car when I pick up some wheels.
People with similar setups run in the mid 13’s, it’s pretty rare to see a high 12 unless I have larger turbo.

His best run so far in his RB25 Z31 is a 12.9 @ 110 on street tires at 13lbs
So I would say with good conditions its more than possible if he cranks up the boost
