oh man. wtf is that?

used to be the air cleaner stud (was loose). cracked the block too

Holy crap! That is a freak occurrence

Swap o’ clock? I have a few SBC motors I would part with as well if you need one.

Man that sucks. Such a stupid thing to happen.

There are no unimportant parts.

Clearly you’ve never owned a Volkswagen

ROFL LOL this is soo true…

Euro trash

Sooo fucking funny seriously.

time for an ls swap. no air cleaner bolts to fall in there

yikes

That’s crazy.
Time for me to go make sure mine is tight…

That sucks. SBC are like harleys. Always use loctite.

What’s the plan now?

Head is fixable, Block is sleaveable (i think), just bad timing and a cost i dont need right now. but gotta pay to play right? (trying to keep a good attitude)
I still cant beleive that stud made it thru carb, 90* turn into #8 and past the intake valve

That was my thought exactly.
I went and checked mine.

Get Joey’s 472 BBC in there

396 sbc fs

500hp/500tq
6500 $

But seriously this sucks, I went and tightend both of mine down
