Obviously, it’s an attempt to soothe the low self-esteem of the pet owner. Animals are not conscious of “embarrassment” and don’t have the capability for empathy. The marketing ploy of “is your pet feeling left in the dirt” is cheap anthropomorphism.
Would an animal that regularly engages in licking its rear-end tolerate this?
If you don’t like the way my dogs a$$ looks then stop looking …That will be the day I put stickers on my dogs a$$. Not only that but considering they both walk around wagging their tails with it all up in the air I don’t think it’s effecting their self esteem lol
