No more Yellow Zenki Headlights.....

After looking at my ugly yellow headlights I decided to take care of the problem. I used a combination of all the methods I have found. I started with 400 grit wet paper to get rid of the rock pits and then used 1500 to smooth the face out. I then used an electric buffer with the paste version of Autosol metal polish. Followed that up with Novus #2 plastic polish and finally Meguiars carnuaba wax sealer. I did the headlights, corners, and park lights and it looks 100 times better. The pictures don’t do them justice. The pic in my sig is the only before pic I have but they were just like every other ugly yellow set of zenki lights on the road. So for all the people that complain about your lights, get off your ass and do something about it. Also took the time to get rid of the factory spoiler. Let me know what you think.

So you basically just sanded/buffed/polished the yellow off the light? Interesting.

Looks good.

aww… I’m so lazy… I almost bought a pair of euro glass headlights.

Honestly, if someone wanted there’s done I’d probably do it for you for like $30-40. It’s not that hard, just takes some time.

So would that work for the amber part of tail lights as well?

yes, my tail lights are my next project.

I may be missing something but which lights are you talking about. The side marker or the front turn signal. The pic in your sig looks the same to me. :?

Ahh… nevermind I get what you are doing now…

I am talking about the headlights and corner lights. They have a tendency to turn yellow and look faded on these cars but I took care of that.

ohh. K. Thanks for the clear up. Now I see the difference
. They look great!!
