North East Solo Divisionals at Seneca Army Depot

http://www.nedivsolo.org/08divisionals/

August 8-10th at SeAD.
It’s $65 for 2 days and since the entries look low, they’re looking at having 4-6 runs each day instead of the standard 3, so it’s an even bigger bang for the buck. I believe they’ll have a test and tune course Friday for those that can make it.

Its a good opportunity for some people to get competition that you wouldn’t normally see, especially if you were leery on doing the Pro.

For those on Bridgestone tires in the ST classes, Bridgestone is paying money for the top 2 or 3 spots!

And they’re having a BBQ there too, so you get a free dinner if you’re registered.

And no complaints about it being too far… I’m codriving with a guy from Florida…

I won’t be making it, but a bit more incentive…

Big news folks!

At the upcoming Tire Rack Northeast Divisional Solo Championships, there will be a raffle for a free set of Hoosier A6 tires. Each entrant will receive a free raffle ticket in their registration packet. More raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event site.

Those same raffle tickets will also be used to raffle off two gift certificates for SPS Performance (http://www.soloperformance.com/). The certificates will be worth $50 and $100.

You must be present to buy any extra raffle tickets and you have to be there to claim the prize. Since many people prefer not to stay for the trophy presentation, we’ll choose the winning tickets shortly after the last run.

Register at http://www.nedivsolo.org/08divisionals/

here’s a website for the event.

I’ll be there. The region I’m in is hosting.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay

This campsite is 5 minutes from Seneca. The only campsites left are in loop 6, which they describe as having a great view of the lake, but in an open field with little to no shade, but its only $16 a night, much cheaper than a hotel.

I’ll be there. Camping at site 309.

I’m working Registration on Friday.

have to be a member or can you buy a weekend pass? pretty good price for what it is too

weekend memberships OK! price is $80 for non-members

If camping isn’t your thing I can recommend Clark’s Motel.

Just your basic non-chain motel. It was clean, had a shower, and the TV/AC worked for <$45. It’s less than 15 minutes from the event.

sweet - not bad at all… I might come out for this, I can stop by the Geneva court and pay some tickets too

^ someone from New England was begging for more STU entries. I think a bunch of the PA/NJ regulars are going to a Philly region event that weekend

I’ll co-drive your car for more STU applicants

What’s the rule, half the entry fee and the price of one tire? :mamoru:

There is no rule, most of us do 1 tire for a single event.

Yeah, that’s what I meant. :roflpicard:

edit: wtf crazy ninja delete!?

Hope you’re talking to Chino because my car is nowhere near STU legal  :fuzzyfish:

I’m talking to Jim, Zong, Rob, the short haired irish guy, anyone with an evo in AS that will run azenis instead of hoosiers… anyone

My 615s are 255s and therefore not STU legal, and I run 'kooks - or were you talking about someone else?

George M

Registration deadline is August 5 yo!

I finally registered, not 100% on which car i’m driving, but will be ESP either way.
