Stories like this boil my blood, and I’ve been hearing way too many of them lately. And my inspection sticker was recently removed. Talk about bad timing.

I’ve always been confused by this. If you tint windows they can’t be too dark in the back, but if they’re replaced by something opaque you’re fine?
Are there rear seats in that vehicle? The back half is a cargo area.
Ah, you’re right. I think HHRs are meant for carrying tools around.
Vans are an exception to the rule. I did tons of research on this as I’ve been hassled for my tints twice.
For a 4 door car, only the back window can be tinted. The four windows on the doors and the windshield cannot. Like I said, I’ve been through this.

So you broke the law and got a ticket. Cops can be assholes, look at what they deal with on a daily basis. Sometimes they go over board, but again walk in there shoes for a few days. We all have bad days.

If your telling us how you took a few tests and are now waiting lists. Did you make sure you told the cop this. Your such an outstanding guy, you took a test. Well your not on the job so no one cares.

I believe all the questions towards me were answered but i will reiterate what i was saying.
I work at delacy, yes, and jim delacy works for the NFTA and we deal with these guys daily. When i mentioned the fact of my lifestyle i didn’t mean i should be getting any sort of special treatment, was just showing the fact that i have no extra reasons for getting treated this harshly. AND LIKE I SAID IN THE FIRST FUCKING POST FOR ALL YOU BLIND ASSHOLES, i was fine with the window tint because i was unaware that the backs could not be tinted. Also fine with the front plate because i didn’t take the time to put it on.
I was confused on the "failure to yield to a emergency vehicle situation, and getting pulled over a second time ON PRIVATE PROPERTY for a muffler.
I never said that i felt slighted or that he should have showed up at my window with flowers and candy. Yes i did something illegal but holy hell im sure people have done worse. I have interned with every department in the county numerous times and seen all the things they deal with daily. Which was my point, in this case a guy with some tint was no reason to go through all these spectacles he put on. Most of my closest friends/family are police officers, and they constantly tell me that my muffler is plenty quiet and never mentioned the tints. They also told me that they prefer if you pull off the road especially a busy road if at all possible as long as your are signaling that you are doing so and your speed never increases. It was for his safety and my own.
