+0.5% avg/dayyeah I’m aware that there are investments out there that yield higher…however this is bank style lending, so very very very secure investments
and we do monthly payments…most of our private investors use this as a steady income stream
if you’re young, I wouldn’t throw all my eggs in this basket, take more risks…but if you’re wealthy this is a very good way to bring in some low risk cash and the investment is fairly liquid
This is an investment for the tightwads because it’s so secure and the high net worth b/c it provides a nice monthly deposit
Can you make more in the stock market? Sure. Do you have to pay attention to make money here? Nope.
