Up for sale is my 2004 E46 M3, which I have had for almost 5 years. It’s my pride and joy and the time has come to move on. I plan on purchasing something new in the years to come (preferably a new M Fseries: M3/M4/Rumored M2). Till then, I’m going to take a break from the car scene and enjoy my “winter beater” (2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude) and save some funds for purchasing land to build a home. It’s almost like saying goodbye to an old friend. The car is paid for with title in hand. (3rd owner, 2nd was the dealer)

Small facts about the car…
-This car has had an accident that took place in 2009 a few weeks after I bought it. The car hit a small earth embankment and the major damage was driver side fender, side of the front bumper and driver side suspension (no air bag deploy) Don’t let this scare you, the car was repaired by a reputable BMW shop in my area and I also got more work done at Martino Auto Concepts to repaint my hood and fenders to get rid of some rock chips I occurred a couple years ago. They made sure the car was in tip top shape, before I got it back as well. They are great guys by the way, if anybody is seeking work near the city or Glen Cove, NY. I’m an honest person and this car looks/handles just as good as the day I bought it, if not better with the KWV2 suspension. I’ve talked with some well-known members on the forums and they don’t think I’m crazy at all for what I’m asking, but I understand why someone would be concerned. CARFAX is available as well.

-The car has never been driven in snow and hardly ever was driven on rainy days. This was basically my weekend cruiser that only came out on nice days or for car shows that I attended. If it wasn’t being driven it was parked in my carport. Everyone calls it a jaw dropper.

-Most of miles came from the highway when I took trips to the city to get work done to my car (custom quads projector headlights and paint work for rock chips/CSL bumper installs) and also the car shows I went to, such as Bimmerfest and formula D.

-Smoke Free

-Always hand washed the car as much as possible, I have even done my own paint corrections to the car to make sure the JET BLACK looked as good as possible.
EXAMPLE of one of my paint corrections below.

I know a lot of you will say “part it out and sell it stock”, but to be honest I feel my setup is dead on for an E46 m3 fan. Also if it didn’t sell and I had to keep it, I would want it just the way it is. Looking to sell ASAP

Thanks again guys, Enjoy!

Below are the most recent pics with my setup with the Status Gruppe CSL Front Bumper (shaved). Also included old pics of my car with the Vorsteiner setup, to show its beauty. :hattip:

Best FS thread ever,

Looks to be a very clean example of an E46 M3! GLWS!! One question, where did you get the tow hook license plate holder? Or did you make it?

http://www.gominigo.com here is where i got mine for my e46

Thanks Ashort…I got mine from Bimmian.com

http://www.bimmian.com/Mechunik-Tow-Hook-License-Plate-Holder-for-BMW-E46-3-Series

I really like that tow hook license plate cover. I’m not sure why, but I do!

Thanks guys!

all that work and those are the tail lights you decided to go with huh…

Was thinking the same thing

LOLZ

Big money for a crashed and repainted E46 M3 w/ 80K. GLWS

I get mixed reviews for the taillights. They look better than most precut films. It was a fun project I did on my own and it Just fit the “murdered” out theme.

Also a good hunk of change was put into the car as well. I feel honesty is the best policy when it comes to a sale, but as far as what someone thinks a car is worth is up to the persons personal libra scale of history & taste/modifications.

All said in respect to the fellow members, of course.

I can vouche. The car has always been meticulously maintained and always had the best of the best. You won’t find many e46’s that has had the care this one has. If he hasn’t touched it only the best has (Martino Auto concepts and Lightwerkz are no fucking joke). Let me know if you want to part with that v1 guy…

Thank you, sir. Unfortunately I will be keeping the V1 whether it sells or not. Just in case I get one more season with it.

This. Glws

Yup.

Is it me or is this price incredibly high?

They’re all priced incredibly high. Have you seen Steve’s thread?

When I was looking at E46s that weren’t in accidents from the NY/NJ/CT area, they were in the $12,000 - $15,000 range based on mileage and condition.

So, yes. This price is high, and everyone is going to hate us for saying that.
Best of luck to the seller.
