So, I have been putting off gym/krav/jujitsu for a couple months because I’ve been in a couple basketball leagues. I do play a decent amount of basketball (maybe 4 times a week) but with games, I go, maybe run around for 20 minutes, and go home.
I lost some definition, actually, a lot of definition, and gained weight because I’ve been eating like shit.
I wanna go hardcore back on this shit, and I’m thinking of doing a “before” and “after” series of pictures.
Now, obviously, some of you may not want to see other guys half naked, but I’m sure there are a number of you who could use some encouragement also.
well, you could just make a short film about it, like one of those infomercial deals they have on cable in the middle of the night, and put it as a bonus feature on the next NYSpeed DVD
I am starting the gym this week and looking to do the same thing. I am going to take some before and at the end of every month and see any changes. I do not want to look every day and try to see them cuz I will never notice anything really.
I’m in. But I started a couple of weeks ago and I’m already down 8 pounds. But they were an easy 8 pounds and I’ve still got 12 to go to hit my target. I’ve got 5 weeks till I intend to be taking pics of my abs in Mexico.
