I need the electronics done in my 7-string. I can’t figure out why the thing is buzzing, humming and overall losing input. Driving me nuts.
have you tried a peice of foam under the strings on the headstock between the tuners and the nut?
Nah that’s not it, it’s electrical. I’ve seen guitar players use like hair scrunchies for that before. I’ll take a video when I get home.

Just dicking around, but you can hear how bad this thing is. I switched pickups (the neck is worse than the bridge), and turned off my noise gate at one point. Sorry for the sucking
