So I have been trying to play guitar for 32 years or so. I’ve been back at lessons for the past 3 months and can play a few tunes. In my opinion, I suck. My guitar teacher thinks I don’t give myself enough credit.
I’m looking to see if anyone is at the same level or better that wants to jam sometime. Looking to play more classic stuff etc. Remember, I’m old.
I know I could be much better if I put more time in. It just gets boring by myself.
I’ll supply the food ETC. and the room. I have a 100watt Crate and a small Fender practice amp and several guitars.
Would it require me to have rhythm ? lol I’d be interested but I’d have to start simple. I think the music you like to play is a slight bit different and a bit more up tempo than I am used to.
I used to cart a punk band around for about 3 years so I’ve seen my share.
Oh, I would love to get into a jam session with a drummer. I can play other peoples stuff rather well, but I lack the creativity and melody to put together a good jam myself.
I’ve been playing guitar for about 7 years now. I’m self taught and play everything from Jazz to Classic Rock to death metal. I’d love to jam, please let me know.
