NYSPEED official bike meet?

I liked it. Have to gain experience somehow. I wasn’t pushing at all, I was more confused on all the hand signs going on.

I get out of work at 5 on sunday. Anytime after is cool, if the weather holds up.

joe, pm me your number.

if you guys are going this weekend ill be in… like timb said maybe streets would be good for a cruise to break you into slower turns and stuff plus if it a little cold out this weekend it would be warmer just cruising around off the thruways…BUT IM DEF NOT RIDING BEHIND TIMB WITH THAT EXHAUST!!!

Next time we go out for a ride, I’ll let you know the signals

 its not that bad when I’m in 6th, I’m thinking Sunday will be a decent day so maybe we can organize an afternoon ride.

YES YES sounds like a plan…the itch it getting worse i need to scratch it!!! lol

Yeah i know :(, shit happens.

i will be in for a sunday ride getting my bike back from the paint either today or tomorrow then a day to put it together …

I’d be down for riding Sunday if people don’t oppose to having a beginner rider in the group. I don’t have many miles under my belt, but I think from the sounds of it I’d be in about the same boat as blackedout.

I dont think any of us on here would mind…i say come out and get some more miles and seat time on your bike…Timb promises not to leave you but he might make you go deaf :roflpicard:

Come on out, they’re all cool with riding with beginners. It’s very chill ride, no wheelies and stoppies on Sheridan.

It was a great ride, I hung back with two other guys, I don’t know their names on here. But it was a steady pace. I think it was tim and goff that just took off. Just don’t try to keep up, you’ll hurt yourself. But we caught up later I think on the 33. Then I missed the exit, but met back up at Mighty.

I think as a beginner I was worried about not running into anyone. Come on out, it was a great first experience with a group ride.

I definitely will. How long did you guys ride for?

Like 45 minutes maybe…It was getting cold though.

definitely come out. i wouldn’t mind at all, especially now when the pavement and tires are cold.

not sure if the weather is going to hold up tonight, but i’d be down for a cruise later on if it does.

joe, sorry about taking off… i didn’t know you hadn’t been riding long.

Cool, well Sunday’s looking like 50 and sunny. Hopefully it’ll be a little warmer.

edit- how much later tonight are you thinking goff?

i was thinking around 8 but it looks like it may rain around then. might be a last minute decision.

sunday for sure.

Hell no man, enjoy your ride! Ill catch up at a red light.

Yeah I don’t think it’s gonna hold out.

i just went for a quick ride closer to the water and shit it is not as nice out as i thought…its about 38 right now i would say u might want to stay in till sunday haha

blackedout and livin4hockey what do you guys ride?

haha yea. it looked decent around 5 on my way home but it looks like crap

We can do a Sunday ride down to Ellicottville if you guys want. Really scenic. Take 240 to springville and 219 down to Ellicottville and take some pics. If you’re in, let me know.
