We want exposure for our vendors, thus we want you to have to scroll past their ads to get to those sections of the forum.
Experience is based on how much you positively contribute to the automotive side of the forum, not just how many posts you have. There are a ton of variables involved. Take Newman for example, he’s at the top of the list because he is the most involved in automotive discussions, forum activity, etc.
Do you really have to be that commercial about it? Isn’t providing a positive user experience and community more important than making me scroll past the same ads 100 times a day at work and in turn drawing attention to myself because instead of a (work related) forum it looks like I’m shopping for car shit all day?? If we’re interested in the advertisers we know where to find them. Stuff like that is what turns users off.
If anything at least make the Work skin have all of the functionality without the ads and not look like a shit sandwich.

I like the new skin, but the forum seems to load slower for me, thought it may have been the work connection, but was doing the same at home, and on the laptop.
