First of all I know many Presidents have used the Executive Order and imho it way WAAAAAY over used but Obama is out of control, it is like he is saying “fuck it, I don’t need Congress and I don’t care about anyone but my own ideals.”

Also, Congress refuses to do ANYTHING worthwhile until after the election. Just stupid shit like voting to repeal Obamacare for the 33rd time. Someone has to run the government.
