capitalism is really only working for those making something like 250K+ annual. the tax system is set up to protect the wealth of those above a certain level and plunder those benieth. unless you make virtually nothing, then you start to ‘benefit’ again

I half agree with this statement. Our system is set up to protect the rich AND lower class giving the middle class the squeeze from above and below. I find less a problem with the tax system protecting the rich and their assests than I do with people getting pulic assistance en masse.
