It’s actually pathetic. This is the type of people that like McCain. People that said Sarah Palin “would be a great president, she’s a mother of 5.” Not to mention my favorite; “McCain is the man for the job, he was a P.O.W. for 5 years.” Are you fucking kidding me? Neither of these things are even close to distinguishing whether or not someone is qualified to run our country.
It’s the same people who emphasize “Hussein” when saying his name. The same people who call him a “socialist”, when they clearly don’t know the true definition of socialism…or realize that America has always leaned a tad socialist.
It’s the people who didn’t care about Todd and Sarah Palin’s DIRECT CONNECTION with Alaskan Sessionist Parties. They cared more about ACORN.
And it all boils down to the reason we have a mortgage crisis, a useless war, concerns that Obama may be a terrorist, not born in this country and have suffered with Bush for the past 8 years. The average American is fucked beyond belief. I have no faith in the average American. Atleast now, I think something has the chance of getting done.
Lets not even discuss the fact that stuff is going to get done with a Democratic controlled House & Senate. If McCain had won, NOTHING would get done. Every proposal would stay gridlocked. Atleast with a Dem. running the show, and 50-something Dem’s approving the props…something may get done.

Bush is not gone, he still has a few weeks in november to try and change economic policy. Environmental policy can be changed further into December.
