John Roberts surprising everyone. I hope the Romney campaign spins this as Obama instituting the widest reaching tax increase in the nations history. This is easy to spin.
Next on the agenda is we all have to buy an Obama T-shirt and wear it once a week or face a fine errrrrr I mean “tax” if we don’t.

What’s sad is the majority of the American people (the ones who will actually be paying for all of this) claim Obamacare should not be. And that was said by liberal Washington Post.
Isn’t a tax usually implemented for using/purchasing something? this seems backwards to me.
Basically going to encourage more shady shit to go down to beat the tax game. It already happens alot, going to happen alot more imo.
Families that “choose” to opt out face a $2000 “tax”. Wow, glad i already have insurance because i know the extra $200 month to pay that would go straight to building a bunker and heavily arming myself haha

So, how does this affect me?
Im 24, no dependents, both of my parents are disabled. Dads medical care is covered by VA, moms is by workmans comp. Im in school, make under $20,000 a year and dont have health insurance.
It may have survived thus far but associating it with a “tax” is a sure fire will to get it killed off. November can’t get here fast enough.
in reality, prob wont affect u. but the people against it will make you think that it is going to destroy your life and you will end up jailed forever now…i actually just got a fine handed to me personally because i’m 27 without insurance.
i am very surprised that it was upheld as constitutional. not because i think it should/shouldn’t be but because of the make up of the supreme court and for once they aren’t just sucking the dick of the gop/big business like they have been for the last couple years. but do remember in november that the person most of you are going to vote for believes in obamacare, just as being implemented by the states instead of at a federal level (there is a huge difference in that) and he put in place something very similar in mass. so do your part to actually choose and don’t vote for romney/obama, third party voting ftw.
