There have been many a rumor in the past that the SS does not allow alot of details about the car out. This goes back to a History Channel special done on exactly this topic, ~4yrs ago.
I’m willing to be the car can do better then that, but it HAS to weigh more then 4-5 tons too.
Also, keep in mind that there is a motorcade of vehicles. Usually a couple of the tahoes are armored as well. Presidents in the past have been known to ride in one of the (armored) escort vehicles - using the limo as an imrpomptu decoy.

I did a school project on the Limo’s, yes they are all super bad ass.
It seems most (can’t say 100%) that all Presidents get new limos (just happens to usually fall on a time I guess when GM wants to unveil a new caddy design) and all “modern” ones have been based of a stretched version of the largest caddy available. They usually have at least 2 for just in case purposes. They also go wherever AirForce 1 goes around the world (riding on AirForce cargo planes, they get there before and leave after the president.) Although I think I remember that the 01 was the first new one since 93, I can’t say for sure. Then the 06, and now this one.

that had crossed my mind for a second then I remembered how much power a large diesel engine can make if they are pushed hard. With the budget available for a presidential limo it wouldn’t surprise me if it was making huge hp numbers. It would just be strange seeing a limo billow black smoke and it rips by shaking the ground. I’m sure it will haul ass if needed.
Those foam fill gas tanks are pretty sweet…
The c-130 has foam filled tanks and can take direct fire and not explode… where as without the foam. 1 Round blew the tank to kingdom come…
