I have a complete y7 for sale. Brand new OEM Honda water pump, timing belt, head gasket, head studs if you are interested?
Is y7 vtec? Will my current wiring and ecu work with this motor? How much and where are you located?

You dont have to have obd1, obd2 will work just the same, everything will swap over. Any non vtec long or short block will work.
y7 is non vtec. and the y7 is found in 96+, if that helps any
You will have to swap over your injectors, and dizzy to the y7 to make it compatable to OBDI.
after doing some research i would really like to find a d16y8 shortblock with known good compression. a parts y8 motor will be coming with the car as well as a d15 in the car.
so if anyone has a y8 shortblock or knows of one fs please let me know!
someone also explain to me why i should or shouldnt stick the y8 head on the d15 bottom end…
