anyone have any real info pertaining to this swap?
customer bought a OBDI Gsr swap. but just not sure about wiring harness.
i see ODII to OBDI conversion harness but that is for ecu/tuning purpose?
been looking on H-T but not finding exactly what i need yet.
Theres a few ways to do it. Mainly, you can either use the stock harness and convert the ecu side to obd1 or use the gsr harness, but with the vehicle side that goes to the ecu. (the integra has harness connectors at the strut tower, the ek doesnt and just goes right to the ecu from the motor).
jeff, talk to steve about this one. i’m guessing he would be able to help you out.
Use the 6th gen harness and convert the motor to it. Use the 6th gen distributor guts. There’s some splicing too. Just can’t remember everything. I know injectors are a definite if you have obd1 injectors.

Steve
for being a cripple you sure do fancy typing with that phone number mister.
When my finger heals, I’m going to point it menacingly at you
:jerkit: :dunno:
Not laughing AT you.
easiest way is get the proper OBD2- Obd1 depending on what year the EK is, use the EK harness, switch the guts in the distributor, and lengthen whatever wires don’t reach to their proper locations. You’ll have to add some wires for the IAB’s and depending on what model EK you have, probably vtec solenoid, vtec pressure switch, knock sensor, and rewire the IACV like munster said. if you got any questions, just IM me
pshhhh like you’ve done this before
:sadwavey: we miss you Grizzzzzz!
