had a meeting with the board of directors of a condo association uptown Saturday morning. Did my presentation, thought it went pretty good… they told me they’d get back to me in a few weeks. Got a call about an hour and a half later telling me they wanted to go with me, to draw up the contract ASAP and get it over to them. :bowdown:

I bid high on the contract, 5900, when I knew they only paid about 4000 last season. So I’ll probably have less than a grand in materials, which means over 5K profit. GO ME!!!
