Session begins at 9am rain or shine.
… Yet it got cancelled when we got there.
DRIFTSTAR and CSCS events ran in the rain, its a great way to improve and learn not to just balls out on track, this is where mind meets action.
Thanks to all that came out it was a tough call to make. It would have been great to run on the track especially whne so many people came out. Im sorry but today was in gods hands. Down almost $2000 hurts too
Kendrick I hope everything works out for you guys I tried my best today to get things going but since the decision stayed firm means it had to be like this. Just because first event did not work out I still wont look down on Drift Ops, things sometimes tend to get worse before they get better.
As you have said you are wondering if people want this year or next year. So maybe have a vote on here?
Next weekend this year (only IF we run for sure whether its wet or not)

I dont know how many people got their money back, but I havent yet and although I did blow 80 on gas, shit happenes, I’ve blown more before when bad things happened and I dont have a job right now but after getting alot of tires prepped and fixing the car my whole study week and spending money on it I would really like to run next weeked. If we all back out now that would put Drift Ops in debt. Im disappointed not at drift ops but at the way things turned but if were 100% guearanteed to run next weekend im in.

Only if it acctually happens this time, I dont want to waste another tank of fuel. Im suposed to be going back to london next weekend but i’ll put it off for drifting.
weather forcast isnt really accurate this at this time but the weather network says 1 to -1 degrees 20% POP.
Sorry to hear about saturday guys. Thats very unfortunate. But kendrick was right is saying that it was out of anyones control, and I agree with Vlad in that no one will look down upon DriftOps for this. The way in which drifting took off this year from every angle means that next season will be HUGE, making D-Ops a major factor for us wanting to get involved. I can’t afford any more runs this year, but I can afford to get my car beefed and prepped for spring.
Shit happens guys, don’t get upset, and always show support!
