Saturday’s game really wasn’t from lack of Miller playing, as it was the team dogging it. But it is good for miller to come out with a SO. Hopefully a repeat on friday.

NYI are super lazy. Its nice to see back to back shut outs like that tho, even tho its opposite sides. To be honest, it looks like Buffalo is a shoe in for the playoffs this year.
Biron played his ass off again, 3 for 39 is good. its hard to stay focused when your team cant find the back of the net, and are just getting dominated the way they were.
You cant realy say Miller > Biron, Miller didnt face many shots, and the islanders lack depth in scoring. Either way a shutout is no easy feat so kudos to him and his bmw.
Tho the isles staff calls this a developmental year, and they arent expected to win.

They look authentic this season. Not superstars, just workers that put it in where it has to be.
it was more of a generality, not based upon that game. I think miller’s recoveries are more calculated and he seems more efficient in his down movement. His positioning and depth seem to be more accurate. also his patience on odd man rushes and breakaways gives him a huge advantage.
I like biron, and I think he’s a good goaltender, I just think miller is better. it’s all good

Damn wouldn’t be surprised if someone snags him. I like mair alot but we dont have the room or need for him. Many of our younger guys have shown him up for far too long.

There is a quite a bit of talk today that Miro Satan is soon to be returning to the NHL and I am hearing that the Sabres may be leading the way. A source informed me that both sides are “highly considering” the option and that Satan could be signed in the next 48 hours. The Sabres are not the only team with interest.
