The rules:
-You have 1 week to run. You get called out you run end of story.
-Needs to be DOT tires unless at the track no slicks on the street.
-Runs need to be done in a private location with 2 outside spectators.(shaggy, jeff are 2 i can think of).
-Both people need to agree on the conditions no pinks dealing.
