Saw a squid riding a white BMW, possible an hp2 sport. Noticed it out of the corner of my eye at first and couldn’t get a good look at it. It was white and blue tho. He was waiting at the light to get onto the blvd. at North Ellicott Creek Road around 1:30 this afternoon.
