Sounds like the spring perches are binding, if you put the washer in upside down on the top of the strut they will bind up or the spring perches have been crushed, the rubber in them compresses very easlily, there have also been a few steering rack issues/engine mount failures too.

Just spotted a newer black Porsche 911 turbo pulled over on the 190 heading towards the south grand island bridge. Looked like a guy in his 20s. Blonde hair with a blue Bennie. I didn’t know it was winter time already.
