I have no idea why you’re trying to convert from SAE to cSt.

First number on the bottle is SAE viscosity at 32F and the second number is the same oil SAE viscosity at 210.

They both represent viscosity measurement or the ease of flow of oil.

You’re talking about the SHEAR viscocity for whatever the reason, I’m talking about the TIME

A high viscosity number such as 50 means a high resistance to flow, while a low viscosity number such as 0, means it flows easily.

0w-50 SAE oil, using TIME viscosity means at 32 deg F it’s SAE flow rate is 0, IE easy flowing, while number 50 is at 210 deg F SAE, meaning resistant to flow.
