Yea he is extremely lucky. Hes a scum bag. He was lucky he got off the first time but he continues to contribute nothing to society
what you all have to realize is he was sentenced for the armed robbery and kidnapping NOT for anything to do with his prior legal troubles… awfully hard to impose a death sentence on a non capitol crime.

yeah but armed robbery and kidnapping usually holds a lot higher sentence each than what he got…
