My bad knee is giving me trouble. Doc wants me to go to PT. Who’s good in the north towns?

It’s more about finding someone who is knowledgeable and then they can educate you and find the right process for you.

So Sports PT had an opening today at lunch so I went. I’m pretty sure the whippersnapper that worked with me was younger than me, but he was really good.

Pretty eye opening that I can deadlift 325 but can’t do much of anything balancing on my right leg without losing my form and/or balance. Once I fix my weak & tight hips, weak kneecap stabilizers, and get some shoes with arch support for my flat feet I oughta be back in business.

Nice! Im jealous of the deadlifts, I miss them.

Been following Tim Ferris’s rapid strength building protocol from 4 Hour Body. Shot from 275 to 325 in like 6 workouts over 2-3 weeks. I weigh 180-185 pounds. Once this is fixed double body weight deadlift here I come!

I was deadlifting like 255lbs or something like that but i turned into a baby and said idk about all this weight lol.

Not quite Northtowns, but pretty close.

The best part was when the PT wasn’t doing anything the Ortthopedic surgeon was in the same practice, so going back for a cortisone shot was easy.

Haha ya tell me about it. I loved that place and when it reopens, I think we are having some college people come back into town for a reunion.
