if you wanna drive slightly slower i understand it. It simply means you aren’t comfortable with your cars ability. The best way to learn your vehicle and understand what will happen is to take it into a parking lot and have at it. I taught the g/f about the old v6 firebird in a parking lot, did it with her subaru, and just the other night took her out in the TL. She understands it’s going to slip and slide and is able to predict what the car will do in MOST situations.
That being said, most people with AWD don’t understand it helps you for going but braking is just the same as it is for everyone else.
Just wanted to note that I just drove home and my car told me it is -10 F in marilla right now. Must be a shitty night to be homeless.
its -2 right now in irving.

unless there is a light outside the place that is blue… maybe they got them from kmart
What is going on up north? WBEN is talking about terrible traffic. It is not even snowing here in the south.
East Amherst here - I can see fine outside - no snow coming down anymore, but I also can’t see any major road from here.
I would just like to reiterate that I am sick of it taking 45 minutes to drive down the 33 from the 90 to downtown when there is a little snow falling. Can we speed it up to at least 10 MPH please Mr. Panic Attack up front? There was no accident, no collision, no sliding, no traction problems, no issues, no problems, nothing of consequence in the road and yet we see it fit to drive at -14 MPH because the white stuff is touching your windshield?
Lake effect band is supposed to swing back and forth from the southtowns to the northdowns during the day today. It was coming down pretty good here (n.forest/millersport) for about 20 minutes but now just light snow falling. Main roads were clear, as were all but the lightest traveled side roads at 8am when I drove to work.
