On top of the server-side compression and new interface we saw last week, Opera has done something pretty wild with the next version of their software: they've turned it into a zero-config server for files, music, photos and websites.
Sooooo… Opera had claimed they were going to reinvent the web. Although this is pretty far from reinventing it, I have to admit its a pretty cool integration. Im trying this out right when I get home. My only fear is security.
Hmm… lets see how long this will even last.

Sooo dumb question but since its actively running on your computer, your computer has to be on to access it from another client correct?
