yes, radio controls on the wheel and cruise on the wheel also. i would also say that i also like the ability to program the garage door opener in the car/suv is also a big +.
and I still hate the fact that even when off, there is still some computer control going on.
right. a friend of mine has a nitro with an overzealous TCS. when i turn it off and hammer on it in the snow, it’s less intrusive, but will still get an attitude if there is too much yaw. it’s annoying.
all i need is it to drive … i have not had a car with all the options so i dont know what i like or not
I like the T/C on my GTO. One simple button behind the shifter. Press it once and it’s off, totally off, smokey burnout sideways action for as long as you want. Press it again and it’s back on. Simple, effective, none of this “hold for 5 seconds, wait for light to flash, turn wheel 91 degrees left then 34 degrees right, sacrifice a chicken and tune radio to 108.9” to completely disable BS like some of the European makes.
I hope you are blarring disturbed when you are doing said smokey sideways burnouts.
steering wheel, tires, engine and seat belt. plz kthnx
oooohhh brakes too
MUST HAVES: comfortable to drive, good power for ducking in and out of thruway traffic and RWD
Perks: Standard trans, leather, good aftermarket support, safety features
pfff… who needs brakes or a seatbelt.
Oooh… forgot about that. My GTO was the first car I’ve had to have those and I thought it was stupid at first. Now when ever I drive a car without them I really miss them.
the explorer i just bought has auto 4x4. i haven’t even used it yet, and i’m already annoyed with it. i’m sure it will click on all the time this winter and piss me off when i’m trying to get sideways in a parking lot.
after much thought…
