I don’t always agree with RT (Russia Today) but they definately do not give you the same filtered crap that FOX, CNN, etc, give you. It is not the typical “American” news.

So says the wiki page on gold reserves, so take it with a grain of salt. Oh well, nevermind Nixon. We’ve been off the gold standard since we switched to the bomb standard back in '45. 
India bought 200 tons of gold in November of 2009 from the IMF meanwhile we are depleting our supply. Nice.
1953 was the last time the public actually saw gold at Fort Knox, much of it is not there anylonger.
