I have a welding/torch set for sale, I have no need for it so I am selling it to make some room. Both tanks are completely empty. I do not have a cart for them.
Oxygen - 40cf
Acetylene - 35cf
As shown in the pictures I have the tips for both welding and using as a cutting torch.
PRICE: $180 (from what I see online that seems to be a very fair price even without a cart for those size tanks with everything included, that is cheaper than the HF kit and that has smaller tanks.)
What are the dates on the tanks? I believe they expire

Yes and no, they can “expire” but if they pass a pressure test before being filled there shouldn’t be any issues. These tanks were used like 3-4 years ago and have been in storage since. And I do own them they are not rentals.
Also I do have a sale pending at the moment.
tanks are 10 year certs.
