I agree.
Everyone with a modified car before the law goes into effect would be stuck with an investment worth almost nothing. You would either have to turn it into a dedicated track car or sell/part it out to people in an other state.
I can almost understand California doing something like this, but PA?
Hopefully it doesn’t get enforced. It’s good to live in NC.
