Hey, I’m getting my car painted soon, and I’ve picked a couple shops that I know have a good reputation. The problem is anywhere I call they say they need so personally see the car for a good estimate. The next problem is my car has no engine = no moving. No one will send an inspector out that I have talked to. Does anyone know of somewhere that might send a person out to take a look at it? Thanks

A bunch of us are getting our cars and random parts painted in the spring and we are thinking of doing a group buy. nothing has been set in stone but i was going to start looking at paint shops in the spring. The more people the better.

Dude call Fineline autobody , tell him car isn’t mobile but you serious about getting it painted. He came out for me and estimated on sight while car was motorless. Good price and qality by the way , and he is somewhat negotiable. But expect 2k+ for colour change.
sounds good, i need to get my black paint touched up, it is faded and looking a little nasty, not to mention the rock chips
