I heard on the radio yesterday on my way to work that the jail has like really high number of staph infections (like a couple hundred this year). So im guessing they are letting her finish up under house arrest because they dont need the legal and medial headache if she got it also.
A real good lawyer got her out of jail time, a REALLY good lawyer would have prevented it in the first place
he didn’t win… she did have to serve at least a COUPLE days. lol

Well, she did serve a few days, she techically she saw “a day behind bars”. I bet that judge who was adament about her serving the 23 days in a real jail is pissed.
